The highest monetary authority of the Latin American country indicates that the so-called "Digital Sun" offered by third parties does not have any endorsement from the issuing institute and that therefore, its acquisition by the general public is exclusively at the risk of each person.
In recent days there has been strong publicity in Peru about the “Sol Digital” currency, an asset that the BCRP points out in its statement “It is not a currency issued by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru”.
