Bitcoin trading volumes in the Philippines have surged in recent months on major peer to peer P2P cryptocurrency exchange Paxful.

Despite the regulatory uncertainty surrounding cryptocurrency in the Philippines, one platform has seen a massive influx of Bitcoin - BTC trading activity recently.

According to data from Bitcoin tracking website Coin Dance, Philippine peso PHP - denominated Bitcoin trading volumes have grown steadily on Paxful recently, finally hitting a new high in July.
