Logan Paul's NFT game CryptoZoo is currently embroiled in controversy following a three-part series by researcher YouTuber, Coffeezilla - real name Stephen Findeisen.

Findeisen has uploaded a three-part series on Logan Paul's fraudulent blockchain game, CryptoZoo. The series dismantles the controversial NFT game and highlights the many investors who have lost millions on the seemingly defunct project.

The video series currently has a combined view count of 13.2 million.

This is not Coffeezilla's investigation into crypto scams. Stephen Findeisen is an online detective and YouTuber who specializes in uncovering scams and hackers. In recent years, he has focused on uncovering scams in the blockchain and NFT space.

His work has earned him a profile in the prestigious New Yorker magazine, which described him as something of an unsung hero delving into the darker side of cryptocurrency and NFTs.

Logan invited me on his show but didn't include the email 24 hrs before this where I invited him first onto my show, along with Eddie, CryptoKing, and Jeff.Im happy to fly Logan down or livestream it but I'm not flying to his CryptoZoo tax haven on new years lol.

Both Findeisen and Paul invited each other on their respective shows to discuss the controversy.

Logan Paul's CryptoZoo was advertised as an NFT based game where players could earn passive income. The idea for the project first appeared on an episode of Paul's Impaulsive podcast. According to Paul, the team behind the project had spent six months making “handmade” animal-based NFTs.

Paul's intention was to raise a million dollars to create the game and the NFTs. Players could purchase NFT eggs of the animals, which could be “breeded” and minted to create unique NFTs at launch. To acquire the eggs, players had to purchase the in-game ZOO token.

$2.5 million worth of NFT eggs had been sold

CryptoZoo was supposed to launch in September 2021, but as of today, the project does not exist. The website currently says that the core infrastructure of the ecosystem is being upgraded.

This is not the first Logan Paul crypto scam
